How do I place my order?
Place your order through our online store by clicking one of the SHOP FOR CKCA-BRANDED APPAREL HERE! buttons on this page.
Or, you can go to Reffner’s and place your order in person. They are located at 119 N Main Street in downtown Hutchinson. Their phone number is 620-888-5283 – ask for Kevin. Reffner’s store hours are Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. They are closed on Sunday and Monday.
When do I place my order?
Place your order, whether online or in person, prior to the June 11th, 2024 order deadline.
When will my order be ready?
About three weeks after the order deadline. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. You will pay for your order when you pick it up at Reffner’s.
Is there any discount?
Yes. Reffner’s has offered our club members a special one-time 20% discount (includes apparel and decoration fees) on our first group order. This discount will be applied to your invoice total when you pick up your completed order at Reffner's. The deadline for our first group order is June 11th, 2024, the day following our June membership meeting.
Can I get the 20% discount on a future order?
The 20% discount is a special offer valid on this order only.
Can I bring an item in to Reffner’s to be embroidered?
No. Decoration services provided by Reffner’s are only available on products purchased through them.
What happens if I do not get my order placed by the order deadline?
Your order will not be valid and will not be processed with the rest of the orders.
I do not see anything on the online store that I want. What options do I have?
Go to Reffner’s and ask for Kevin. They have a large selection of apparel. You will be able to select an item and have it ordered and embroidered with this order. You must do this prior to the order deadline of June 11th, 2024.
