How do I place my order?
Go to Reffner’s Custom Apparel and place your order in person. They are located at 2500 N Main Street, Ste B in Hutchinson. Their phone number is 620-888-5283 – ask for Kevin. Store hours are Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
NOTE: Kevin will be gone from July 25th through July 30th, 2026
• There is no minimum order requirement
• Embroidery services are only available on apparel & caps purchased through Reffner's Custom Apparel.
• Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. However, appointments are recommended, as Kevin is the only one there and is occasionally out on a delivery and/or sales call.
Can I bring an item in to Reffner’s Custom Apparel to be embroidered?
No. Decoration services provided by Reffner’s Custom Apparel are only available on products purchased through them.
I do not see anything pictured below that I like. What options do I have?
Go to Reffner’s Custom Apparel and ask for Kevin. They have a large selection of apparel!
