Our annual Christmas party will be Saturday night, December 6th
The location is again the Downtown Sampler, 2nd floor of the First National Bank, downtown.
The reception will start at 6:00 PM followed by dinner at 6:45 PM
The Sampler will furnish drink set ups and you can bring BYOB if desired.
Debby Gruver has arranged a wonderful meal for us!
Two meat buffet - Smothered chicken, brisket burnt ends, scalloped potatoes, green beans, 3 leaf salad, dinner rolls, plated cheesecake dessert, ice tea and coffee.
Total cost per person is $39.00 including tax and gratuity and the club will pay half of this cost. Please bring your $20.00 payment per person that night.
This is a guaranteed food count. If you sign up and fail to come, you will owe the full dinner cost.
We need a firm count for dinner no later than noon on Friday November 28th.
You may reply via email to Greg Gordon with your count or call or text Lee Spence.
As we have done in the past, our club would appreciate a CHECK (no cash, please) payable to the Reno County Food Bank. This donation always goes to a good cause. Do not include your dinner cost and Food Bank in the same check.
Thanks to Debby for making these arrangements! – Greg Gordon
