Annual Picnic September 26, 2020
Saturday, September 26, 2020 was the CKCA fall picnic at Rice Park. Debby Gruver greeted members and took photos for anyone needing to update their website info. Twenty-two Corvettes arrived. Jim Gruver had grilled hamburgers and hotdogs on his home grill and delivered the goods in time for lunch. Monte and Carla Long, Dennis and Diana Tucker had set up tables and chairs and served the hamburgers and brats.
Many sat under the park shade trees. Many chose to remain inside to enjoy the air conditioning. Food and conversation was great. Thanks to the Gruvers, Tuckers and Longs for their work to make the picnic a success.
