In the early years of our club, meeting minutes were handwritten, typewritten or, in many cases, published within a newsletter. Rather than cutting meeting minutes pages out of newsletters and taping (or stapling) these pages into the notebook, Jean elected to staple the appropriate newsletter – in its entirety – onto a separate page in the notebook. However, she stapled only through the back cover of these issues, so that the newsletter can still be opened and the meeting minutes read.
